My money is debited but my order is not confirmed

Why are there multiple charges on my card for a single order?
When you place an order, SnaglePawΒ contacts the bank that issued your card to confirm your account and reserve funds for your purchase. You'll see a pending charge,also called an authorization charge in your bank or credit card account. We only chargeyour payment method when your items ship.

Partial order delivered / Items are missing in my order
In some cases, your order might get split into two or more orders. Those will still be delivered, just on different times. How can l change the shipping address?/How can I modify my orderοΌ
