Snagle Paw Refund & Returns Policy

We are proud to offer a 30-day return policy on all items.
We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations, and our goal is to make the after-sales process simple and clear.

1. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order is already in transit, we can attempt to recall the package; the shipping company may charge a recall fee.

Important: If the recall fails, please refuse delivery upon arrival and notify us immediately. Failure to do so may delay your refund.


2. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Important:
All returns must be approved by contacting Snagle Paw Customer Service. Do not send items back without approval.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Full new, unused, and unassembled condition;

Must not affect reselling;

Original packaging preserved whenever possible.

Snagle Paw is not responsible for any loss of items during return shipping.

 

When contacting us for a return, please provide:

Order number and tracking number

Photos of the product and packaging

Reason for return

Confirmation that the product is in original, unused condition

Non-quality issue returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not the problem of the quality.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned package and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Important: Please notify us of the return tracking number after shipping the package. Refunds may be delayed if we do not receive tracking information.


4. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item for one of equal value, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

The returned product must be new, unused, and resalable.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will ship the replacement within 5 business days.
