1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

Contiguous United States

We offer FREE standard shipping to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States, excluding remote locations where shipping charges apply.

If your delivery address is subject to shipping charges, the applicable amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Alaska, Hawaii & Other Remote U.S. Destinations

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote U.S. destinations are not eligible for our standard free shipping offer.

Shipping is available to eligible addresses supported at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Other Countries & Regions

In addition to the United States, we offer shipping to the following countries and regions, subject to product availability and delivery coverage:

  • North America: Canada.

  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

  • Asia: China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.

  • Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.

Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are not eligible for our standard free shipping offer. Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Product availability may vary by country or region. Orders can only be placed when the selected product is in stock and available for purchase for your destination, and shipping is supported for your delivery address.

For all destinations, the final shipping charge is the amount displayed at checkout.

  • Contiguous United States, excluding remote locations: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote U.S. destinations: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and available shipping service.

  • Other countries and regions: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service, and any applicable customs processing.

Order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carriers for other destinations may vary.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Product availability and delivery coverage may vary by destination. Please enter your complete delivery address at checkout to confirm shipping availability and view the applicable shipping charge.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery.

If your order is delayed, or your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@snaglepaw.com with your order number and relevant details so we can assist you.

For packages damaged in transit, please include photos of the packaging and affected items, if available.
